We currently do not accept pets inside our lofts. Our goal is to maintain a comfortable and harmonious environment for all residents, so we appreciate your understanding.
Mutuo Vive is a lodging concept in Guadalajara that combines design, practicality and community. We offer furnished lofts for people looking for a flexible, comfortable and functional home, ideal for stays from one month to one year. You choose the time, we take care of the rest.
We have three types of lofts:
Standard Loft (29 m²): Practical and functional, ideal for a single person.Loft
Executive (29 m²): Same size as the standard one, but with a warmer interior design and more complete furniture.
Superior Loft (42 m²): More spacious, ideal for those who need more comfort or share space.
All include services, furniture and access to our amenities.
As a Mutuo Vive resident, you have access to:

For monthly contracts we request:
- Official identification (INE or passport)
- Updated proof of tax situation
- Proof of income for the last 3 monthsProof of address
- Letter of employment recommendation
- 2 personal references and 2 work references
For companies: additional documents are requested (articles of association, power of attorney, etc.)

We have two types of stay:
Short term (per night): Ideal for express trips or getaways.
Long term (monthly): Perfect for people moving to Guadalajara, working on projects, studying, or simply wanting a flexible residential experience.
In Vive Mutual we focus on offering high-quality living spaces for long and short stays. Although we have common areas such as coworking, we do not offer private offices for rent.
However, we can connect you to our sister office rental company, Crea Mutual, which offers fully equipped, private and flexible spaces to adapt to the needs of your company.
The schedule of Check-in It is starting at 3:00 p.m. And the Check-out It's at 12:00 p.m.We have the option of Late check-out until 3:00 p.m. with an additional cost of $400 MXN, and the possibility of Early check-in, subject to availability. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

Yes, as long as you cancel with at least 3 days in advance.
The policies are:
- Cancellation 3 days earlier or more: free of charge
- Cancellation 2 days before: the first night is charged
- Cancellation Same day: the full stay is charged
Yes. For guests of stay per night, parking is included at no additional cost.In case of accommodation per month, parking has an extra cost.
